Mosaique of Photos from my paintings, 60x60cm,
One of Carolina's projects was to play with colored photos of her own paintings. Here is the mosaic series in the colors ORANGE, BLUE & PINK, which was presented in a group exhibition in the town hall of Markt Schwaben in 2024, and in the Family Centre of Poing in 2025, Germany.
The colour orange, a blend of yellow and red, takes on the passion of the latter and the positivity of the former. It's the colour of improvisation in music and the symbol of movement in painting. Vibrant, bright and vivid, it incites us to joy, good humor and optimism.
This colour has been with Carolina for a long time, both in her personal life and in her artistic development. For her, it represents an unlimited source of inspiration and a gateway to freedom of expression.
Looking at the paintings in this chapter, with their strong orange undertones, we find ourselves instantly enveloped in its warmth, energy and vital force. With this colour Carolina wants to convey hope and well-being, and invite us to open our minds: there's not just one path in life!
